Gin of your choice

Dry Vermouth
30ml
Belvoir Farm Elderflower & Rose Cordial
30ml
Grapefruit Bitters
3 dashes
In a cocktail shaker, pour the gin, dry vermouth, and rose cordial. Fill with ice. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add a few dashes of grapefruit bitters. Garnish with a rose petal or lemon twist.
