Clementine and Cranberry Collins

You will need…

Gin

30ml

Triple sec

30ml

Lemon juice

30ml

Cranberry and cinnamon syrup

22.5ml

Method

1.

To make your brûlèed clementine garnish, slice a clementine and coat one side with sugar. Melt with a blow torch and wait until it cools and hardens.

2.

Mix the gin, triple sec, lemon juice and cranberry and cinnamon syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.

3.

Pour over ice in a glass.

4.

Top with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Clementine and Cranberry to taste.
