Strawberry and Ginger Paper Plane

Quarter strawberries and mash with a fork in a small bowl. Set aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, fresh lemon juice, and Belvoir Farm Organic Ginger Beer to the shaker. Shake well.

Strain the mixture into a glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Optional: drizzle with olive oil, and add ice. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
