Starry Night Christmas Cocktail
Move over Van Gogh – the Starry Night Christmas Cocktail is a true masterpiece in a glass. Made with Bird & Blend tea and topped with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Clementine & Cranberry, this unique drink is as beautiful as it is delicious. Perfect for festive gatherings, it’s a showstopping cocktail that’s simple to make but guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients
| 100ml | Belvoir Farm Sparkling Clementine & Cranberry |
| 50ml | Bird & Blend Starry Night tea concentrate |
| 25ml | Cointreau |
| 50ml | Prosecco |
Method
To Make
- Make the tea concentrate: brew 100ml of Bird and Blend’s Starry Night Tea using 2 tea bags (or 2 tsp of loose leaf tea) in hot water for max 4 mins. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.
- In a glass, fill with ice cubes.
- Pour the Cointreau, Belvoir Farm Sparkling Clementine and Cranberry, and Prosecco.
- Garnish with orange peel.
