Water

Maple syrup

Cinnamon stick

Whiskey

Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial
2-3 tbsp
Add water, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the whiskey into the glass, mug or thermos, along with the Ginger Cordial.
Strain the contents of the saucepan and pour the liquid into the glass with a slice of apple, orange and rosemary.
