Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial

White edible glitter

First make your Christmas tree garnish by putting some cranberries in the bottom of your glass then securing a sprig of rosemary in the centre of the glass with the leaves pointing down (so it resembles a tree) using string or tape.
Fill the bottom of the glass with water and put in the freezer until frozen solid (make sure you use a freezer safe glass!)
Once frozen, remove from freezer and remove the tap or string. Your rosemary should stand all by itself!
Then add your Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial to your glass, followed by Prosecco and then mix in the edible glitter.
