  4. Add 75ml Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade.
  5. Garnish with a ledge wedge and a fresh raspberry & serve immediately.

Expert Tips

  • Vary the tea used for your iced tea – English breakfast is great but Darjeeling and Assam are lovely alternatives. Decaffeinated tea can also be used.
  • Add a splash of your favourite spirit if you are in the mood for alcohol – 25ml will be plenty.
  • Having a party? Make a batch of the tea in advance so you can quickly assemble the drinks. It’s better to make the drinks on demand rather than making a jug to ensure the raspberry lemonade stays sparkling.
