- When ready to serve fill highball glasses with ice cubes, layering a few fresh raspberries in as you do so.
- Pour 75ml of the cold tea into the glass.
- Add 75ml Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade.
- Garnish with a ledge wedge and a fresh raspberry & serve immediately.
Expert Tips
- Vary the tea used for your iced tea – English breakfast is great but Darjeeling and Assam are lovely alternatives. Decaffeinated tea can also be used.
- Add a splash of your favourite spirit if you are in the mood for alcohol – 25ml will be plenty.
- Having a party? Make a batch of the tea in advance so you can quickly assemble the drinks. It’s better to make the drinks on demand rather than making a jug to ensure the raspberry lemonade stays sparkling.
