Raspberry & Lemon Margarita
Sip sunshine with our vibrant Raspberry & Lemon Margarita! Made with Belvoir Farm Raspberry and Lemon Cordial, this fruity twist on the classic delivers a refreshing burst of flavour. Perfect for summer gatherings, it’s easy to mix and even easier to enjoy.
Ingredients
| 200ml | Lemonade |
| 50ml | Belvoir Raspberry and Lemon Cordial |
| 56ml | Tequila |
| To garnish | Fresh Raspberries and Lemon |
| 2 tablespoons | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| – | Salt |
Method
To make
- Dip a margarita glass into the lemon juice and then into the salt
- Pour the Belvoir Raspberry and Lemon cordial and tequila into the glass
- Top with the lemonade
- Stir and add fresh raspberries and a slice of lemon
