Raspberry Kiss Cocktail

Made with Belvoir Farm Raspberry and Lemon Cordial and finished with a splash of Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade, it’s the perfect cocktail for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion. Ingredients
| 50ml | Belvoir Farm Raspberry and Lemon Cordial |
| 50ml | Pink gin |
| 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 30ml | Aquafaba |
| Top up, to taste | Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade |
| To garnish | Freeze dried raspberries (ground) |
Method
To Make
- Mix the Belvoir Farm Raspberry and Lemon Cordial, pink gin, fresh lemon juice and aquafaba in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and mix again (this helps make a foamy top).
- Pour into glass and top with Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade to taste.
- Sprinkle with freeze dried raspberries using a lips stencil (optional).
