Pumpkin Spiced Moscow Mule

You will need…

Pumpkin Spiced Tea (made as a concentrate with 2 tea bags)

100ml

Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer (we recommend Bird & Blend)

75ml

Lime juice

1/2

Maple syrup

15ml

Ice cubes

As needed

Lime wheel

To garnish

Cinnamon stick

To garnish

Vodka (optional)

Method

1.

Make the Tea Concentrate: Brew 100ml of Pumpkin Spiced Tea using 2 tea bags in hot water for max 4 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.

Fill a glass or copper mug with ice cubes and add the Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer.

3.

Add lime juice followed by the iced Pumpkin Spiced Tea concentrate and maple syrup, then stir well.

4.

Garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick for that autumnal touch.
