Pumpkin Spiced Moscow Mule
This Pumpkin Spiced Moscow Mule is a cozy autumnal twist on a classic cocktail! Made with warming Pumpkin Spiced Iced Tea and topped with Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer, it delivers a fiery, seasonal kick. Sophisticated yet easy to make, it’s the perfect drink for crisp fall evenings.
Ingredients
| 100ml | Pumpkin Spiced Tea (made as a concentrate with 2 tea bags) |
| 75ml | Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer (we recommend Bird & Blend) |
| 1/2 | Lime juice |
| 15ml | Maple syrup |
| As needed | Ice cubes |
| To garnish | Lime wheel |
| To garnish | Cinnamon stick |
| 30ml | Vodka (optional) |
Method
To Make
- Make the Tea Concentrate: Brew 100ml of Pumpkin Spiced Tea using 2 tea bags in hot water for max 4 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.
- Fill a glass or copper mug with ice cubes and add the Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer.
- Add lime juice followed by the iced Pumpkin Spiced Tea concentrate and maple syrup, then stir well.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick for that autumnal touch.
