Mezcal Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
| 2 cups | Milk |
| 3 tbsp | Cocoa powder |
| 1/2 cup | Dark chocolate (chopped) |
| 3 tbsp | Sugar |
| 110ml | Mezcal |
| 28ml | Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial |
| 28ml | Coffee liqueur |
| For topping | Whipped cream |
| For topping | Dark chocolate (shavings) |
Method
To Make
- To a small sauce pan, add milk, cocoa powder, chopped dark chocolate, and sugar. Heat until gentle simmer then whisk well. Turn off heat and set aside.
- Add mezcal, coffee liqueur and Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial to a mug.
- Top with hot chocolate mixture, whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
