Mango Sorbet and Raspberry Sorbet Float

Our Mango and Raspberry Sorbet Float is a light, bubbly, and fruity treat. Made with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Raspberry & Cherry, it’s a refreshing and fun dessert that’s perfect for hot days. Easy to make and full of flavour, it’s sure to delight!

Ingredients

For the Passion Fruit & Mango Float

2 scoops Jude’s Mango Sorbet
500ml Belvoir Farm Passion Fruit & Mango Sparkling 
½ mango Sliced into cubes 
1 passion fruit Halved

 

For the Raspberry & Cherry Float 

2 scoops Jude’s Raspberry Sorbet 
500ml Belvoir Farm Raspberry & Cherry Sparkling 
Handful Red cherries 
Handful Fresh raspberries 

Method

To Make 

  1. Add one scoop of sorbet to each glass, then add the fruit followed by 250ml Belvoir Farm’s Sparkling range.
  2. Add fruit garnish of choice, a straw and sip away!
