Limoncello Spritz
Our Limoncello Spritz is a bright, zesty cocktail with a refreshing citrus kick. Made with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Lemonade, it’s an easy, Italian-inspired serve that’s perfect for sunny afternoons or casual entertaining.
Ingredients
| 100ml | Limoncello (Chilled) |
| 200ml | Belvoir Farm Sparkling Lemonade |
| 100ml | Prosecco (optional for extra fizz) |
| – | Ice cubes |
| 1 | Lemon wheel or twist (for garnish) |
| Handful | Fresh mint (optional) |
Method
To Make
- Fill two large wine glasses with ice.
- Pour 50ml of chilled limoncello into each.
- Add 50ml Prosecco and then top up with 100ml Belvoir Farm Sparkling Lemonade.
- Garnish with a dried slice of lemon, or a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve in a large wine glass with plenty of ice. Pair with light appetizers like goat cheese crostini or olives for a refreshing aperitivo.
