Ingredients
| 50ml | White Rum |
| 25ml | Belvoir Lime Cordial |
| 12 | Fresh Mint Leaves |
| 15ml | Sugar Syrup |
| 25ml | Soda |
Method
To make
- Pour the Belvoir Farm Lime Cordial into a high ball glass
- Add the sugar syrup and fresh mint leaves
- Half fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the White Rum over the ice
- Top the crushed ice with soda and give it a good stir
