| 1 lime | Lime juice |
| – | Watermelon |
| 1 | One jalapeño, sliced |
| 2 tbsp | Hot sauce |
| 1/2 tbsp | Chilli powder |
| 1/2 tbsp | Paprika |
| 1 lime | Lime zest |
Method
To Make
- Coat the edge of the glasses with hot sauce, spices and lime zest.
- Place a few watermelon pieces into a glass and break the pieces to make the puree.
- Add in the lime juice, jalapeño slices and ice.
- Fill the glasses with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower.
