Hot Honey Paloma
Turn up the flavour with our Hot Honey Paloma cocktail! This spicy, sweet, and zesty twist on the classic grapefruit serve is made with Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma, delivering a vibrant, warming kick. Perfect for any occasion or as a unique, impressive drink.
Ingredients
| 1 x 500ml bottle | Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail |
| 300ml tequila | (optional — skip for mocktail version) |
| 180ml | fresh lime juice (about 6 limes) |
| 6 tbsp | Hilltop Hot Honey (can go up to 8 tbsp if you like it sweeter/spicier) |
| – | Ice cubes |
For the glasses:
| – | Green jalapeño slices |
| – | Sea salt & chilli flakes (for the rim) |
Method
To Make
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip into a salt & chilli flake mix. Fill the glasses with ice and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and Hilltop hot honey until well combined and dissolved. In a large jug, add the hot honey–lime mix, tequila, ice and the full bottle of Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail. Stir well.
- Pour into the prepared glasses and garnish with fresh grapefruit and chilli.
