Honey & Ginger Marinade for Tofu or Salmon

You will need…

Honey & Ginger Salmon

Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial

2 tbsp

Chopped Garlic

2 tsp

Soy Sauce

70ml

Orange Juice

20ml

Honey

2 tbsp

Spring Onion

2, chopped

Chilli

to taste

Method

1.

In a large self-closing plastic bag, combine ginger cordial, garlic, soy sauce, orange juice, honey, chilli and spring onion; mix well. Place salmon (or Tofu) in bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Add the salmon (or Tofu) to a warm frying pan. Place the marinade into the pan with the salmon cover and leave for 15mins until cooked through.
