Lemons

3-4 juiced

Amaretto

200ml

Egg White

1

Belvoir Farm Honey, Lemon & Ginger

50ml

Method

1.

Put the amaretto, lemon juice, egg white and the Honey, Lemon & Ginger Cordial into a cocktail shaker.

2.

Shake hard.

3.

Pour into a coupe glass and serve.
