Gin Fizz
Discover our refreshing Gin Fizz – a light, bubbly cocktail with a naturally delicate floral note from Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial. Simple to make and wonderfully refreshing, it’s perfect for summer sipping or as a pre-dinner drink.
Ingredients
| 25ml | Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial |
| 50ml | Dry Gin |
| Ice | To taste |
| 50ml | Prosecco |
| 5-8 Leaves | Fresh mint |
| 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 150ml | Soda |
Method
To Make
- Bruise the mint and add to a highball glass
- Add the lemon juice, gin and fill with ice
- Add prosecco and top with soda
- Drizzle Belvoir Farm Elderflower cordial over the top
- Stir & garnish with mint
