Ingredients
| 25ml | Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial |
| 50ml | Dry Gin |
| Ice | To taste |
| 50ml | Prosecco |
| 5-8 Leaves | Fresh mint |
| 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 150ml | Soda |
Method
To Make
- Pour your Raspberry Margarita can into an ice cube tray and freeze.
- Once frozen, add to a blender with a shot of tequila.
- Open your can with a can opener, ensuring you use a can opener that doesn’t leave a sharp edge, and salt the rim.
- Pour in your frozen Raspberry Margarita and garnish with fresh lime and mint.
