Made with Belvoir Farm Lime Cordial, this vibrant green twist on the classic gimlet is the perfect way to celebrate the Wicked movie launch. Ingredients
| 50 ml | Gin |
| 25ml | Belvoir Farm Lime Cordial |
| 20ml | Midori Melon Liqeuer |
| 1 tsp | Edible green glitter |
| To taste | Soda water or lemonade |
Method
To Make
- Add the gin, lime cordial, Midori and glitter to a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with soda water or lemonade (if you prefer it sweeter)
