Dark Rum

Fresh Lime juice
25ml
Belvoir Farm Ginger cordial
50ml
Sugar Syrup (optional)
5ml
Put all the ingredients in a Collins or Highball glass over lots of ice, stir gently and garnish with a wedge of lime.
