Spiced Apple and Ginger Autumn Sangria

You will need…

Bottle of white wine

750ml

Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial

100ml

Cloudy apple juice

250ml

Brandy

50ml

Cinnamon sticks

Apples (thinly sliced)

Orange (thinly sliced)

Method

1.

In a large jug, combine the white wine, Belvoir Farm ginger cordial, cloudy apple juice, and brandy.

Add the cinnamon sticks to the jug, stirring gently to mix.

3.

Add the sliced apples and orange to the mixture, gently stirring to combine all the flavours.

4.

Let the sangria chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge to allow the flavours to infuse.

5.

When ready to serve, fill a tall wine-style glass with ice cubes and pour the sangria into the glass.
