Nimbu Pani
Try our revitalizing Nimbu Pani – a zesty, refreshing twist on traditional Indian lemonade. Made with Belvoir Farm Freshly Squeezed Lemonade, this non-alcoholic drink is perfect for celebrations or simply staying hydrated in style. Easy to make and deliciously bright, it’s a drink that keeps you cool and refreshed.
Ingredients
| 1 tbsp | Fresh ginger |
| 500ml | Belvoir Farm Freshly Squeezed Lemonade |
| 2 tsp | Chia seeds |
| 1 tsp | Kala namak |
| 2 tsp | Cumin seeds |
| 1 tsp | Ground black pepper |
| To taste | Salt |
| 1/4 cup | Fresh mint leaves |
| 500ml (to blend) | Cold water |
| 500ml (to top up) | Cold water |
Method
To Make
- Start by dry roasting your cumin seeds until they get nice and fragrant. Leave aside to cool down.
- Soak your chia seeds in water.
- To a blender, add the ginger, kala namak, cumin seeds, salt and pepper to taste, mint leaves and 500ml of cold water.
- To a jug add your blended mixture, 500ml of Belvoir Farm Freshly Squeezed Lemonade and top with 500ml of cold water. Add your soaked chia seeds and mix well.
- Add your ice cubes to a glass and top with the Nimbu Pani. Add some mint leaves to serve and enjoy!
