Mexican Paloma Corona
Our Mexican Paloma Corona is a fun, vibrant cocktail that pairs beer with the zesty, perfectly balanced flavour of Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma. Easy to mix and ideal for parties, it’s a refreshing twist on a classic serve.
Ingredients
| 300ml | Bottle of Corona Beer |
| 25ml | Tequila |
| 100ml | Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma |
| 1 | Juice of 1/2 Lime & Wedge of Lime |
| 1tsp | Liquid Tajín |
| – | Pink Himalayan Salt for the Rim (Optional) |
Method
To Make
- Pour out half the corona into a separate glass and set aside.
- Add the tequila, lime juice and wedge of lime to the bottle then top up with Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma. Add a teaspoon of liquid Tajín and sprinkle some pink himalayan salt around the rim.
- Add ice to the glass and pour in 100ml of Belvoir Pink Grapefruit Paloma. Pour slowly as it may foam up.
- Serving Suggestion: Alternatively, serve in a salt-rimmed highball glass with a grapefruit wedge.
