Mexican Paloma Corona

Our Mexican Paloma Corona is a fun, vibrant cocktail that pairs beer with the zesty, perfectly balanced flavour of Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma. Easy to mix and ideal for parties, it’s a refreshing twist on a classic serve.

Ingredients

300ml Bottle of Corona Beer
25ml Tequila
100ml Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma
1 Juice of 1/2 Lime & Wedge of Lime
1tsp Liquid Tajín
Pink Himalayan Salt for the Rim (Optional)

 

Method

To Make 

  1. Pour out half the corona into a separate glass and set aside.
  2. Add the tequila, lime juice and wedge of lime to the bottle then top up with Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma. Add a teaspoon of liquid Tajín and sprinkle some pink himalayan salt around the rim.
  3. Add ice to the glass and pour in 100ml of Belvoir Pink Grapefruit Paloma. Pour slowly as it may foam up.
  4. Serving Suggestion: Alternatively, serve in a salt-rimmed highball glass with a grapefruit wedge.
