Mango & Passion Fruit Ice Lollies
Stay cool this summer with our Mango and Passionfruit Ice Lollies! Made with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Passion Fruit & Mango, these lollies are bursting with tropical flavour. Easy to make and perfect for hot days, they’re a fun, refreshing treat for all ages.
Ingredients
| 1 | Mango (Chopped into Cubes) |
| 3 | Passion Fruit (Seeds Scraped) |
| 375ml | Belvoir Farm Sparkling Passion Fruit & Mango |
| 6 | Wooden Lolly Sticks |
| 1 | Silicone Ice Lolly Mould |
Method
To Make
- Divide the chopped mango and passion fruit seeds between 6 silicone ice lolly moulds.
- Top up each mould with Belvoir Farm’s Passion Fruit & Mango Sparkling.
- Place in the freezer for two hours, before adding your lolly sticks. Freeze again for 2-3 hours until fully set.
- Remove from the mould and enjoy immediately.
