Mango & Passion Fruit Ice Lollies

Stay cool this summer with our Mango and Passionfruit Ice Lollies! Made with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Passion Fruit & Mango, these lollies are bursting with tropical flavour. Easy to make and perfect for hot days, they’re a fun, refreshing treat for all ages.

Ingredients

1 Mango (Chopped into Cubes)
3 Passion Fruit (Seeds Scraped)
375ml Belvoir Farm Sparkling Passion Fruit & Mango
6 Wooden Lolly Sticks
1 Silicone Ice Lolly Mould

 

Method

To Make 

  1. Divide the chopped mango and passion fruit seeds between 6 silicone ice lolly moulds.
  2. Top up each mould with Belvoir Farm’s Passion Fruit & Mango Sparkling.
  3. Place in the freezer for two hours, before adding your lolly sticks. Freeze again for 2-3 hours until fully set.
  4. Remove from the mould and enjoy immediately.
