Spiced Apple and Ginger Autumn Sangria

Who said sangrias are just for summer? Our Spiced Apple and Ginger Autumn Sangria is a warming, festive cocktail made with Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial. Blending cosy apple flavours with a hint of ginger spice, it’s perfect for chilly evenings and holiday gatherings. Easy to make and full of seasonal charm, this sangria is a true autumn treat.

Ingredients

750ml Bottle of white wine
100ml Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial
250ml Cloudy apple juice
50ml Brandy
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Apples (thinly sliced)
2 Orange (thinly sliced)
10 Ice

 

Method

To make

  1. In a large jug, combine the white wine, Belvoir Farm ginger cordial, cloudy apple juice, and brandy.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks to the jug, stirring gently to mix.
  3. Add the sliced apples and orange to the mixture, gently stirring to combine all the flavours.
  4. Let the sangria chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge to allow the flavours to infuse.
  5. When ready to serve, fill a tall wine-style glass with ice cubes and pour the sangria into the glass.
