Spiced Apple and Ginger Autumn Sangria
Who said sangrias are just for summer? Our Spiced Apple and Ginger Autumn Sangria is a warming, festive cocktail made with Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial. Blending cosy apple flavours with a hint of ginger spice, it’s perfect for chilly evenings and holiday gatherings. Easy to make and full of seasonal charm, this sangria is a true autumn treat.
Ingredients
| 750ml | Bottle of white wine |
| 100ml | Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial |
| 250ml | Cloudy apple juice |
| 50ml | Brandy |
| 2 | Cinnamon sticks |
| 2 | Apples (thinly sliced) |
| 2 | Orange (thinly sliced) |
| 10 | Ice |
Method
To make
- In a large jug, combine the white wine, Belvoir Farm ginger cordial, cloudy apple juice, and brandy.
- Add the cinnamon sticks to the jug, stirring gently to mix.
- Add the sliced apples and orange to the mixture, gently stirring to combine all the flavours.
- Let the sangria chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge to allow the flavours to infuse.
- When ready to serve, fill a tall wine-style glass with ice cubes and pour the sangria into the glass.
