Devilled Strawberries
Spice up your summer with our unique Devilled Strawberries! Made with Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial, these juicy berries have a sweet-and-spicy kick that’s both elegant and unexpected. Perfect for parties, picnics, or sharing platters, they’re a simple yet unforgettable treat everyone will love.
Ingredients
| 20 | Large Ripe Strawberries |
| 100ml | Double Cream |
| 2tbsp | Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial |
| 1tbsp | Full Fat Cream Cheese |
| 1 to 2 | Digestive Biscuits (Crushed) |
Method
To Make
- Wash and dry the strawberries, then slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
- Carefully scoop out a small bit of the center of each half to make a small well for the filling. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the double cream and Elderflower Cordial until slightly thickened. Add the cream cheese and fold in until you have a smooth consistency.
- Use a piping bag (or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off) to pipe the filling into the well of each strawberry half.
- Sprinkle over a generous dusting of crushed digestive biscuits and serve immediately.
