Devilled Strawberries

Spice up your summer with our unique Devilled Strawberries! Made with Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial, these juicy berries have a sweet-and-spicy kick that’s both elegant and unexpected. Perfect for parties, picnics, or sharing platters, they’re a simple yet unforgettable treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

20 Large Ripe Strawberries
100ml Double Cream
2tbsp Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial
1tbsp Full Fat Cream Cheese
1 to 2 Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)

Method

To Make 

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries, then slice each strawberry in half lengthwise. 
  2. Carefully scoop out a small bit of the center of each half to make a small well for the filling. Set aside. 
  3. In a bowl, whisk the double cream and Elderflower Cordial until slightly thickened. Add the cream cheese and fold in until you have a smooth consistency.  
  4. Use a piping bag (or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off) to pipe the filling into the well of each strawberry half.  
  5. Sprinkle over a generous dusting of crushed digestive biscuits and serve immediately.
