Raspberry & Lemon Mojito
Bright and refreshing, our Raspberry & Lemon Mojito is the perfect summer cocktail. Made with Belvoir Farm Raspberry & Lemon Cordial, it has a subtly floral, fruity flavour that’s ideal for sunny days. Easy to mix and impossible to resist!
Ingredients
| 35ml | Cuban Rum |
| 6-8 | Mint Leaves |
| 2 | Lime Wedge |
| 1 tsp | Sugar |
| 50ml | Belvoir Farm Raspberry & Lemon Cordial |
| 200ml | Soda Water |
Method
To make
- Squeeze the limes into a highball glass
- Add mint leaves and sugar, churn
- Add rum and fill with crushed ice, churn again
- Add 50ml of Raspberry & Lemon Cordial
- Top with soda water and garnish with mint
