Pumpkin Spiced Moscow Mule

This Pumpkin Spiced Moscow Mule is a cozy autumnal twist on a classic cocktail! Made with warming Pumpkin Spiced Iced Tea and topped with Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer, it delivers a fiery, seasonal kick. Sophisticated yet easy to make, it’s the perfect drink for crisp fall evenings.

Ingredients

100ml Pumpkin Spiced Tea (made as a concentrate with 2 tea bags)
75ml Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer (we recommend Bird & Blend)
1/2 Lime juice
15ml Maple syrup
As needed Ice cubes
To garnish Lime wheel
To garnish Cinnamon stick
30ml Vodka (optional)

Method

To Make 

  1. Make the Tea Concentrate: Brew 100ml of Pumpkin Spiced Tea using 2 tea bags in hot water for max 4 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.
  2. Fill a glass or copper mug with ice cubes and add the Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer.
  3. Add lime juice followed by the iced Pumpkin Spiced Tea concentrate and maple syrup, then stir well.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick for that autumnal touch.
