Christmas Snow Globe Spritz
We’re obsessed with our Christmas Snow Globe Spritz – a sparkling festive drink made with Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial. Perfect for cocktails or mocktails, its floating garnish adds a magical touch that will wow your guests. Simple to make yet unforgettable, this holiday favourite is ready to bring cheer to any celebration.
Ingredients
| 100ml | Prosecco |
| 10ml | Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial |
| 1/2 tsp | White edible glitter |
| To garnish | Rosemary |
| To garnish | Cranberries |
Method
To Make
- First make your Christmas tree garnish by putting some cranberries in the bottom of your glass then securing a sprig of rosemary in the centre of the glass with the leaves pointing down (so it resembles a tree) using string or tape.
- Fill the bottom of the glass with water and put in the freezer until frozen solid (make sure you use a freezer safe glass!)
- Once frozen, remove from freezer and remove the tap or string. Your rosemary should stand all by itself!
- Then add your Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial to your glass, followed by Prosecco and then mix in the edible glitter.
