Rattlesnake Cocktail
Our Rattlesnake Cocktail is a bold classic with a zesty twist! Made with rye whiskey, a touch of absinthe, and Belvoir Farm Sicilian Lemon Cordial, it delivers a sharp citrus kick and a wonderfully complex flavour. Sophisticated and full of character, this cocktail is perfect for when you want to shake up something truly special.
Ingredients
| 50ml | Rye whiskey |
| 50ml | Belvoir Farm No Added Sugar Sicilian Lemon and Lime Cordial |
| 1 | Egg white (or 3 tbsp of aquafaba) |
| 5ml | Absinthe |
Method
To Make
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake then add ice and shake again before straining. This helps improve the foam on top.
