Our Organic Elderflower & Rose Cordial is made to our original family recipe, crafted from masses of hand-picked elderflowers, with added rose petal extract for a delicate floral taste. Dilute 1:10 or alternatively try adding a drop to a glass of prosecco.

We are known for our 60 acres of organic elderflower plantations, and every year we call upon the local community to help us pick as many elderflowers as possible from our fields and from wild hedgerows. We also partner with an organisation in Hungary that specialise in hand-picking elderflowers in their National Parks.
Citric Acid is a weak organic acid naturally extracted from citrus fruits or, like here at Belvoir, maize crop. Although the word ‘Citric Acid’ doesn’t sound appealing it is vital for our drinks! It helps to balance and enhance the flavour of our drinks.
