Aquafaba

Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade
Top up, to taste
Freeze dried raspberries (ground)
To garnish
Mix the Belvoir Farm Raspberry and Lemon Cordial, pink gin, fresh lemon juice and aquafaba in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and mix again (this helps make a foamy top).
Pour into glass and top with Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade to taste.
Sprinkle with freeze dried raspberries using a lips stencil (optional).
