Lime juice

Watermelon

One jalapeño, sliced

Hot sauce
2 tbsp
Chilli powder
1/2 tbsp
Paprika
1/2 tbsp
Lime zest
1 lime
Coat the edge of the glasses with hot sauce, spices and lime zest.
Place a few watermelon pieces into a glass and break the pieces to make the puree.
Add in the lime juice, jalapeño slices and ice.
Fill the glasses with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower.
