Starry Night Christmas Cocktail

You will need…

Belvoir Farm Sparkling Clementine & Cranberry

100ml

Bird & Blend Starry Night tea concentrate

50ml

Cointreau

25ml

Prosecco

50ml

Method

1.

Make the tea concentrate: brew 100ml of Bird and Blend’s Starry Night Tea using 2 tea bags (or 2 tsp of loose leaf tea) in hot water for max 4 mins. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.

2.

In a glass, fill with ice cubes.

3.

Pour the Cointreau, Belvoir Farm Sparkling Clementine and Cranberry, and Prosecco.

4.

Garnish with orange peel.
