Fig jam

Dark rum

Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer

Fresh figs

Dark chocolate

Crushed pistachios

Method

1.

Start by preparing the beautiful chocolate covered figs for garnish. Slice a fig in half, dip into melted chocolate, and sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate.

Next, add the fig preserves, rum, and lemon juice into your glass and stir.

3.

Finally, fill the glass with ice, then top with ginger beer and garnish with the chocolate covered fig.
