Expert Tips
- The exact amount of soda water will vary depending on the size of your glass (aim for approximately 50-75ml).
- Swap the white rum for amber rum, vodka or tequila if preferred.
- Switch the Lime and mandarin cordial for our Elderflower cordial or Lemon & Lime cordial.
- Make in advance: Multiply the measures for the rum, cordial and lime juice by the number of serves you wish to make, pour it all into a jug or bottle and store it in the fridge. When ready to serve pour 70ml into each glass, muddle in the basil leaves and top up with the soda water.
