Dark Rum
25ml
Ice
Fill glass
Place the ice into a highball glass
Squeeze the lime over the ice
Fill the glass with Belvoir Farm Ginger Beer
Gently layer 25ml of Dark rum onto the ginger beer
Garnish with lime wedges
