Our Floral Fizz includes our signature elderflower infusion that we’ve been crafting for over 40 years. For a beautifully fragrant aroma of botanical flowers we’ve blended this with hibiscus flower and aromatic geranium for a delicate floral soda.

We are known for our 60 acres of organic elderflower plantations, and every year we call upon the local community to help us pick as many elderflowers as possible from our fields and from wild hedgerows. We also partner with an organisation in Hungary that specialise in hand-picking elderflowers in their National Parks.
Our Lemon Juice is made using Lemons harvested from a family founded business in Spain. 100% of their electricity comes from renewable sources and they support the surrounding wildlife with bird boxes, nesting boxes and bee keeping to improve lemon tree pollination.
