Spring Sangria

Celebrate the season with our Spring Sangria – a light, bubbly cocktail bursting with fruity and floral flavours. Made with Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower, each sip is delicately refreshing, perfectly vibrant, and ideal for sharing at sunny spring gatherings or garden parties.

Ingredients

1 bottle of white wine
1 bottle of elderflower sparkling
250ml pineapple Juice
100ml elderflower cordial.
1 pink grapefruit, 1 lemon, 1 lime. (all sliced)
Handful of sliced strawberries.
Fresh mint

Method

To Make 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, elderflower liqueur, sliced grapefruit, lemon, lime, and strawberries.
  2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the flavours infuse.
  3. Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled Sparkling Elderflower. Serve in a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint.
