Paloma Jelly Shots

Our Paloma Jelly Shots are a fun, grown-up twist on a classic party treat. Made with the zesty, refreshing flavour of Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma, they’re a playful and classy addition to any gathering. Easy to make and full of citrusy zing!

Ingredients

 

2 Grapefruits
200ml Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma
2 sachets Clear powdered gelatin
25ml Tequila (if desired)
1tbsp Honey (if desired)
To garnish Tajin

Method

To make

  1. Cut 2 grapefruits in half and use a juicer to extract as much grapefruit juice as possible. 
  2. Scoop out the insides and set aside. 
  3. In a bowl, add the gelatin, the grapefruit juice, Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma, tequila and honey (if you want a sweeter taste). Mix until smooth. 
  4. Pour the mixture into the empty grapefruit halves and chill in the fridge until fully the jelly has fully set. 
  5. Once set, cut the grapefruit halves into 4 slices and sprinkle with Tajín for extra zing!  

N.B. Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for 5-7 days.
