Paloma Jelly Shots
Our Paloma Jelly Shots are a fun, grown-up twist on a classic party treat. Made with the zesty, refreshing flavour of Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma, they’re a playful and classy addition to any gathering. Easy to make and full of citrusy zing!
Ingredients
| 2 | Grapefruits |
| 200ml | Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma |
| 2 sachets | Clear powdered gelatin |
| 25ml | Tequila (if desired) |
| 1tbsp | Honey (if desired) |
| To garnish | Tajin |
Method
To make
- Cut 2 grapefruits in half and use a juicer to extract as much grapefruit juice as possible.
- Scoop out the insides and set aside.
- In a bowl, add the gelatin, the grapefruit juice, Belvoir Farm Pink Grapefruit Paloma, tequila and honey (if you want a sweeter taste). Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the empty grapefruit halves and chill in the fridge until fully the jelly has fully set.
- Once set, cut the grapefruit halves into 4 slices and sprinkle with Tajín for extra zing!
N.B. Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for 5-7 days.
