Matcha Elderflower Spritz
Our Matcha Elderflower Spritz is a sophisticated cocktail with a subtle earthy twist. Made with Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial, it brings a delicate floral sweetness to every sip, making it a refreshing and elegant serve for any occasion.
Ingredients
| 50ml | Elderflower Cordial (or to taste) |
| 1 tsp | matcha powder mixed with 30ml of warm water |
| – | Soda water (to taste) |
Method
To Make
- Add 1 tsp of matcha powder to a bowl with warm water. Whisk with a chasen (or hand whisk if you don’t have) until frothy and well combined.
- Pour into a glass and top with Elderflower Cordial and soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy.
