Belvoir Farm Raspberry & Lemon Cordial
50ml
Soda Water
200ml
Squeeze the limes into a highball glass
Add mint leaves and sugar, churn
Add rum and fill with crushed ice, churn again
Add 50ml of Raspberry & Lemon Cordial
Top with soda water and garnish with mint
